※ [本文轉錄自 job 看板] 作者: ken12102001 (KH-ken12102001) 看板: job 標題: [台北] 外商基金公司 急徵業務助理(長期約聘,45k~55K)須英文精通 時間: Thu Jun 11 09:10:27 2009 【公司名稱】(必填) 新加坡商立可人事顧問公司代徵 知名外商基金公司 【工作職缺】 業務助理 【希望性別】(請雇主寫上男佳or女佳，以免觸碰到法律，招惹麻煩唷) 男女不拘 【工作內容】 ·Support Sales Manager(s) / Sales Associate(s) in his/her business. ·Help coordinate Sales Team’s daily activities. ·Generate daily/monthly sales reports for Sales Team illustrating breakdown of sales in territory. ·Update a contact management system with conversation notes to allow follow up action. ·Ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all incoming inquires by the distributors. ·Provide post-sales support using fund updates, manager commentaries, charts, etc. ·Ensure follow-through and continue communication between AllianceBernstein and the investment community. ·Organize fund managers, and Sales Manager visits to clients during road shows. ·Coordinate client meetings in the office. Set up of meeting room/hospitality/material ·Organize distribution of marketing materials for road shows and client meetings/seminars. ·Coordinate literature fulfillment office supply and monthly mailing process with Harte-Hanks. ·Keep up to date stock of all marketing materials (hardcopy & electronic files) and printed stationary. ·Review and coordination of local language and local legal approved required marketing material. ·Liaise with regional Operations center to resolve daily and long term operations issues. ·Liaise with regional based Sales and Marketing Assistants, the Sales Associates group and internal/external departments involved the coordination of the monthly mailing. Focus on the development and improvement of the process. ·Coordinate local PR requests with PR department and/or Agency ·Provide continual feedback to management on market conditions, distributor and product requests, competitor information and operational or other issues. ·Interface between various departments such as Product Development, Legal, Operations and Accounting on issues as they relate to these departments. · Work with Asia and New York based Managers on special projects. 【徵求條件】 ·Must be a team player and work well with corresponding Sales Team and other members of Marketing group. ·Must be a good communicator. ·A supportive, persuasive telephone manner with clients. ·Ability to handle a wide range of questions and small projects. ·Must be able to multi-task, be organized and have a good eye for detail. ·Should have personal computer skills. ·Must be professional, courteous and flexible at all times. ·Bilingual in local or required language(s) – in this case English and Mandarin. ·Must be reliable and able to stay past required hours as dictated by the volume of work. ·Previous fund management product and/or operations experience would be a plus but not required. ·Previous Sales / Marketing / Office training or experience would be a plus but not required. ·Ideally equipped with relevant local licenses to assist with direct sales activities with clients. 【工作地點】 台北市信義區近101 【工作時間】 0830~1730 週一到週五 【公司福利】 享有一般勞基法規定 【薪資範圍】 月薪45000~55000元 【需求人數】 1人 【聯絡人/連絡方式】 02-8780-6822 Ken 謝先生 [email protected] 【其他備註】 無 --
