標題[問題] 已回覆身分證ID但i-parcel還一直寄信

請問一下這樣是正常的嗎?
在英國亞馬遜8/3有網購商品,8/6就收到i-parcel要補身分證ID的信,
當時也第一時間就網頁回覆,但8/8,8/9,8/10又連寄了三封同樣的信,
標題:IMPORTANT: Additional information is required
同樣點選連結網頁都是顯示,無法再加任何內容:

到亞馬遜網頁只查到以下訊息
Delivery By i-parcel
Tracking ID: AE**************65
