標題[問題] 包裹寄德國

不知道最近是否有人寄包裹到德國。
從當地德國郵局（DHL）線上查詢：

The shipment will be handed over to the customs office responsible for the rec
ipient. The recipient can collect the shipment from there once he has received
notification from customs.

但是目前一直處於卡關狀態...已經四天了。
不曉得最近是否有人遇到類似情況？
或是當地德國又罷工...等之類？！
