標題[問題] aussiebum的包裹查詢問題

我在8/21在aussiebum的官網上訂了東西
他們隔天就通知我已寄出
可是到現在還沒收到(大部分網友都說7天左右就收到)
我選的是「一般航空郵件」
我想請問一下 他用的是郵局的國際郵件嗎
我必須問官網我的追蹤號碼嗎
還是可以問台灣郵局 由我的收件地址來查
大概過幾天還沒收到 就該要開始擔心了呢
