: 我請美國的網友幫我買ebay的東西，再請他從美國寄給我，
: 郵資的部分，他說會寄EMS，用貨到付款的方式(是只有郵資，物品我已經付他了)，

USPS美國的貨到付款不適用國際郵件
You can have your customers pay for merchandise and postage at the time of
delivery.
With Collect on Delivery (COD), we’ll pick up your customers’ payment and
postage for you. Your customers can conveniently pay with cash or a personal
check. COD also gives you the added security of insurance coverage against
loss or damage of up to $1,000. COD is not available for international mail
or for mail addressed to military Post Office (APO/FPO) addresses.
但是不代表在美國沒有其他公司提供這種服務
可能要增加額外費用
The parcel cannot weight more that 2 Kg and we have to ship with an open side
for Inspection . We will ship airmail. For Europe (CEE) we could ship cash on
delivery with an addition of 4€ to the fares
建議還是先弄清楚郵資再下訂
畢竟較受信賴的USPS是不提供這項服務的
小心因小失大:為了避免被超收郵資反倒付出更多
