標題[問題] paypal的問題

請問各位未啥我付款後他顯示payment to xxx已經completed,
transfer from crdit card 也是completed,但是接下來又出現一個bill from xxxx
狀態是pending....請問這是幹嗎的...?我把它cancel掉了會怎樣嗎..?我到底是付款沒...?
