標題[問題] 請問AE的track order?

我前幾天在網路上訂了東西
後來有收到track number 和order number
但我在網頁上輸入以後
出現了
Invalid or missing package ID. Please provide valid package ID before
proceeding.
但底下又有這句?

Your package is in the process of being shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
那這樣到底是寄了沒呢?
