標題[問題] 請問這是漏水還是反潮

這幾天大雨，靠近外牆角落天花版出現一點一點的痕跡，天花板是RC材質，疑似看得到水珠，站在椅子上看摸不到天花板，想請問這是漏水還是反潮？
