很多人都會考慮購買有電梯的大樓新建案，既然有電梯住高樓層也很方便，而且窗外沒什
麼障礙物，風景也特別優美。不過很多人可能都不知道，高樓層也有相對應的法規或設備
配置，先了解高樓層的相關規定再購買比較好喔！
