標題[問題] line 官方帳號 訊息沒有顯示通知

辦了一個 line 官方帳號 (新的 official account)
當關閉程式時，別人傳訊不會像一般line帳號這樣，自動在螢幕上方跳出通知
發現它只有當開啟 line 官方帳號 程式時，別人傳訊才會跳出通知
設定裡都檢查過了，請問這樣是正常的嗎？
