若您登入MSN的錯誤代碼為8100030d
您可以嘗試以下步驟:
先在電腦右下角的msn圖示按下滑鼠右鍵選擇"結束"
: For MSN Messenger:
: Click Start, click Run, type cmd , and then click OK
: to open the command prompt.
: At the command prompt, type the following commands.
: After each command line, press ENTER:
: cd\
: cd %appdata%\microsoft
: cd "msn messenger"
: del /s listcache.dat
MSN Messenger使用者(8.5以下)
按左下角的"開始"->點"執行"在框中輸入cmd並且按下"確定"
會出現一個黑色視窗(命令列模式)
在此視窗內輸入以下指令,並且每行都要按下ENTER鍵
cd\
cd %appdata%\microsoft
cd "msn messenger"
del /s listcache.dat

Windows XP使用者
請進入"我的電腦"
請點下視窗上方的"工具"內的"資料夾選項"
接著在出現的視窗點下上面的"檢視"
在"進階設定"的部份,往下方捲動
看到"隱藏檔案和資料夾"
請將選項移到"顯示所有檔案和資料夾"
接著按下"確定"
按左下角的"開始"->點"執行"在框中輸入%userprofile%\contacts並且按下"確定"
然後刪除你msn帳號那個資料夾
譬如說你的帳號為
[email protected]就是刪除名為
[email protected]那一個資料夾
按左下角的"開始"->點"執行"在框中輸入%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts並且按下"確定"
然後刪除你msn帳號那個資料夾
譬如說你的帳號為
[email protected]就是刪除名為
[email protected]那一個資料夾
PS:我出現的並不是這種
[email protected]資料夾,而是一堆英文跟數字組成的,我都一併刪
掉,***這個我不確定刪了有什麼影響喔..請鄉民補充***
請進入"我的電腦"
