Michael Bourn: Activated From DL

Update: The Indians activated Bourn (finger) from the disabled list following
Thursday's game.
Recommendation: Bourn completed his rehab assignment without issue and will
rejoin the big club Friday for the beginning of a three-game set with the
Tigers. Expect him to jump right back into the leadoff spot in Friday's
lineup.
