Timeline. Case processed in TSC 2015/09: PERM initated by company 2017/06: PERM approved by DOL. Extremely slow process and response from HR, decided to go for NIW with another attorny company. 2017/07: NIW I-140 and I-485 concurrently filed 2017/08: I-140 based on PERM, PP 2017/09: I-140 based on PERM approved. 2017/10: Request to file I-485 with self sponsor but HR asked to wait for one more month. By then, company will sponser due to new fiscal year. So I waited one more month 2017/11: No budget for me to file I-485 per HR lady but only for H1B. My supervisor talked to HR manager and he said no budget issue at all so company still sponsored I-485 filing. 2017/12: raised concern on two I-485 in USCIS. Company attorny said it was fine. 2018/01: NIW I-140 approved. 2018/04: both of I-485 transferred to NBC on the same day. Considering the confusion for USCIS, requested to withdraw PERM based I-485. 2019/04: received interview notice. 2019/05: card was being produced on the same day as interview was complted and card received right after a week. 1. PERM 處理速度很慢 廣告登了兩次 中間隔了近一年 可能是公司一度沒預算或催得不緊 一度每個月問一次律師 都叫我等 後面也都不回了 HR 是都沒反應 總覺得和公司 的態度有關 2. I-485 轉到NBC後也等了近一年 其他同事是轉到NBC後 三個月就接到面試通知. 3. 找Congressman or sentor也沒有用 都只是把網路找得到的資訊轉給我 4. 整個過程不是很順利 但祝大家都比我幸運 --
