標題[問題] 美國依親移民出生證明問題

大家好，我幫父母申請依親移民，遞交的出生證明被退件
我當時給的是戶政事務所的英文版戶籍謄本，是否應改為遞交
戶政申請的出生證明 -> 英文翻譯 -> 法院公證 的版本
