看完了M476和N400，填N400有幾個地方不太確定，還請版友們指教(鞠躬)。 1. 我拿到綠卡後一開始在加州念。2014.8月來伊利諾州念書，綠卡持有者搬家照說要通知 移民局。我之前都沒有這麼做，現在需要做任何補救嗎?(我永久地址是持綠卡以來一直 都寫加州親戚家啦) 2. 我來伊利諾州後一直忘了去申請伊利諾州的ID(加州的ID還在)。申請新的州ID時間不長 會不會反而不算個好....證據？(就用房租和電費帳單當證據就好？) 3. 2013年底為了實習曾經搬離加州到東岸，先住親戚家兩週，後來找到短租公寓(幾個月 寫過去住過的地方時，要連東岸親戚家也寫進去嗎？需要證據的話有點麻煩，但不寫的 話居住時間又不連貫。 4. 2014.12 我坐Cruise去墨西哥玩，台灣護照上沒標註(但回美國港口的時候有填表格， 所以還是有紀錄，但護照只翻了一下就還我，沒蓋章)，上岸(待墨西哥島嶼)時間也不 超過24小時，這樣該不該寫呢？若要，是以在美國港口上船和下船當出入境時間點嗎？ 5. 我剛拿到綠卡的前幾年還在台灣念書，也不知道要繳稅(2010年才開始繳，2011年開始 長住美國)，關於下面這兩條規則，我該怎麼做呢？我也只能提供2010年開始的報稅影 本阿@@ "If you have ever failed to file an income tax return since you became a Lawful Permanent Resident, send: All correspondence with the IRS regarding your failure to file." (M476 pdf的p.51) 6. 承上，N400 (page 13) 7 A. Have you ever not filed a Federal, State, or local tax return since you became a Permanent Resident? B. If "Yes," did you consider yourself to be a "non-U.S. resident"? 我一開始拿到綠卡的時候沒報(並非這五年內)，所以7A應該一定要寫Y吧？7B我若寫N 說因為不需"繳稅"所以當初不知道要報，不知這樣是否符合情理？ 7 . N400 (page 13) 8 Have you ever been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with, any organization, association, fund, foundation, party , club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other location in the world? 學術上是某association的(繳費)會員需寫進去嗎？加分 還是自找麻煩呢? 不好意思問題很多orz 感謝! --
