標題[問題] IME2000無法輸入漢字

我使用WIN2000，裝了IME卻無法打出漢字
輸入日文並按下空白鍵之後只會出現
the dictionary could not be found, or was accessible
的字句，這問題已經困擾我很久了，所以上來問問
