I went to take IELTS test the other day, this is the question that examiner asked me. How do you encourage people to do exercise? I was shocked at the begining and I didn't know what to answer. Eventually, I said, what if the governemt set a rule "if you don't do exercise you will get penalty", hahahaha, the examiner frowned his eyebrows and questioned me "huh?". Then I said "I was joking! I think exercise campaigns promoted by celebrities and singers are quite successful.
