thanks for your enquiry.
attached find the ticket order form, please complete, return and read the
below terms and condition carefully.
1) There are two zones and prices for internal ordering to Tottenham
Hotspur Football Club’s fans:
HKD200(yellow zone), North side of the main level;
HKD250(pink zone), East side of the main level.
2) The club will allocate specific seat number(s) and location(s).
3) No limitations for ordering. But please make sure there is a MAXIMUM
of 8 TICKETS in each ordering only.
4) A 5% service charges of the total value and an administrative fee of
HK$30, will be charged for each order.
5) Only online credit card payments will be accepted.
6) No Refund will be allowed.
7) The Club will send you the link of the credit card payment once you
have completed and returned the form.
8) Please complete the form and make payment on or before 17:00 (HKT),
20th Jul 2009 (Mon) to avoid disappointment.
9) Please collect ticket(s) at redemption counter (on the left of public
entry) from 13:00-17:30 (HKT) on 2nd Aug 2009.
9) Please be reminded that ticket(s) is/are only allowed for collection
by the person ordered, and he/she will need to show his/her passport for
security check.
10) Should a dispute arises, the club reserves the right to arbitrate the
final decision.

所以說這樣他們還得多收HKD30塊+5%的手續費是吧...
他們寄給我的郵件中除了上述幾點外，還包括一張表格，內容有上述十點以及要多填
