Day 9, July 11 "WE are now in Spain and the players have to adjust to the warmer conditions. I think they are enjoying the sun. "The players went through a series of sprints on the golf course in the morning. These sprints included uphill runs and that was all about power work and getting strength in the legs. The sprints were all at different paces. "Our football session in the evening was tactical, mostly about defending and protecting our goal. "We are training with great facilities - good pitches, gym, close to the beach - and we are all happy, but it's hard work."
