Jamie O'Hara is looking to take the next step after his dream debut season - knowing he has to up his game again. It all happened for the young midfielder in 2007-08 after he returned from a successful early-season loan spell at Millwall. Juande Ramos called him into his first-team squad in December and within a couple of months he'd made his debut as substitute, his full debut at Arsenal, his European debut and scored his first goal. He then made his debut for England Under-21s and capped it all by being named Young Player of the Season. "I played over 20 games last season and that was a good start for me," reflected the 21-year-old. "Going into next season, I want to be involved even more than that. "I want to get as many games as I can under my belt and really establish myself as a Spurs first-team player playing in the Premier League every week. "If I can up my game - because I think we're going to be really strong next season - then it will hopefully be another great season for me. "I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and keep pushing on. If you stand still in football then you're going backwards, that's how I see it.
