Portsmouth, who have struggled to score at home this season, are said to have made a 12million euros (9m) bid, while Tottenham have offered 15m euros (11m). PSG have made a 10m euros (7.5m) approach for the forward as they look to rescue their disappointing season. And Aulas has stated that Fred now has the option to decide which club he will move to. "We have accepted these offers," said Aulas.
