"Juande is more like a professor," said Berbatov. "He explains things and he knows how to tell us what to do in a simple way so we can understand it and do it on the pitch." Ramos had every reason to throw teacups around the dressing room during half-time against Aalborg on Thursday in the UEFA Cup - but he simply changed formation to spark a 3-2 win. "At half-time he was the same and he didn't scream or shout at all," Berbatov added. "He was calm and told us that an early goal in the second half would get us right back in the game." Ramos may be building his profile as "The Calm One", but the Spaniard said: "If they deserve it, then I shout at them. "If they don't, I don't shout at them. "The most important thing is solving problems and explaining things to players, not shouting at them. I explain if they have done something wrong and try to solve the problem." Meanwhile, Ramos has challenged midfielder Tom Huddlestone to maintain a level of fitness to perform consistently in the Premier League.
