標題[問題] 海洋公園刷信用卡訂票失敗

上海洋公園的官網使用信用卡訂門票時，一直無法交易成功
嘗試了多次一直無法交易。
而顯示的訊息就是以下這些文字
Sorry, your request is FAILED. Please note that we have NOT debited your bank
account. Please refer this number (9021410170672) to your merchant for
inquiries.
Please wait for seconds and do not press "Back Page" or "Refresh" button.
The transaction will complete and you will be redirected to the merchant
website. If this page displays for more than 1 minute, please click here to
go back to your merchant.
If your web browser enables a "Popup Blocking" function, the transaction
details will not be displayed. You can either check your email account or
contact your merchant for the inquiries of transaction details.
是使用花旗的信用卡，可以確定的是信用卡是可以的。
因為上個月剛刷卡訂香港的賓館。
打電話也問花旗的客服了，信用卡沒有被鎖或怎樣之類的問題。
所以，想問如何解決這個問題?
