Step 2 - Make an Appointment For your visa interview at the Consulate General in Amsterdam. Step 3 - Download and Complete the Visa Application Forms All visa forms must be completed online, printed, signed and have a readable barcode. Step 4 - Gather Supporting Documentation Find out which documents should accompany your non-immigrant visa application. Please, do not send any supporting documents in advance of your interview. Step 5 - Pay the Non-Refundable Visa Application Fee Please, deposit 89.08 euro in our account #51.54.83.184, with ABN-Amro bank and bring your receipt, or make sure you bring your Dutch PIN-card for payment at the Consulate.
