During those experiments, I also learned another thing that most young hitters and 50 percent of the big league players I've talked to have never considered - that the impact of bat on ball is reached NOT with the wrist rolling, or a "wrist" swing, but with the wrist square and UNBROKEN, as they would be at impact when an ax is swung on a tree. You get your power not so much from the wrist or the arms and shoulders, but from the rotation of the hips into the ball. .... 當然, 我想你會說 不是在打擊前翻手腕啊, 而是在擊球的那一瞬間翻手腕"帶到球給力量延伸" well, 這個說法只有一個小小的問題 那就是它是辦不到的 (你知道球棒和球的接觸時間多長嗎?) 認真去強調這個習慣, eventually 結果 正好是養成wrist roll before the contact 的不良習慣 我想你的觀念正好是不要翻太早 但是又認為要翻它來加速 所以你就永遠不曉得啥時要翻, 而且總是翻太早 你可以舉一些你"認為"有用手腕延伸擊球的好打者 然後擺分解動作來看 我相信你要在照片上看到他擊球時在翻手腕的機會應該是零, 0 , zero 當然, 每個人揮完棒之後, 兩手都是翻過來的 (啊又不是機器人揮棒) 只不過這應該是"after contact" 後順勢完成的動作 就這樣 --
