Her coach, Carlos Rodriguez, has unveiled a masterplan to help his player win the one major title in tennis that has so far eluded her. The best women's player in the world has always claimed she would prefer another French Open title over winning Wimbledon. But in Monaco last week, where Henin held an emotional, televised family reunion with her father and siblings, watching home movies of her late mother set to music, she shocked observers with her answer to the key question. "A fifth Roland Garros or a first Wimbledon?" Henin was asked. "Wimbledon!" she replied without hesitation. Rodriguez later revealed the tactical and psychological changes that will be made in order to take the final step for glory at the All England Club. Justine's father Jose said last night: "Carlos is right about the way to go for a better Justine next year. He is going to make her more and more positive, stronger in the head. She will be going to the net much more so that she can feel more comfortable making volleys. Wimbledon is the goal." Last year Henin became the victim of one of the biggest upsets of all time, as the little-known Marion Bartoli came from a set down to demolish the No 1 seed in the Wimbledon semi-finals. The previous year, Henin was a set ahead in the final itself, only to lose to Amelie Mauresmo. The Belgian first reached a Wimbledon final in 2001, losing to Venus Williams in three sets. But Henin, now 25, has been the victim of her own success in the French Open. She has won Roland Garros for the past three years.
