The Qatar Telecom German Open ended for Justine this morning with the
resumption of a semi-final carried over from last night in the third set 2-3.
Justine held serve to total at 3-3, but failed to hold her own in the next
games with flaccid serving. Stuck living through something akin to the
classic 1990's Bill Murray film Groundhog Day, living the same day over and
over, with two opponents for per day, and rain delays, three days in a row -
the cruel joke has ended. Justine only played one person today, and lost 4-6
7-5 4-6. The world #1 can now regroup to focus on Paris for Roland Garros
where she is in the quest for a 4th clay court grand slam title.
"It was very dangerous actually and everyone was scared they were going to
get injured. I had a lot of difficult moments but I just kept fighting. This
was the toughest week I ever had; it's been bizarre. It was very hard
mentally, physically. Today I was missing some energy, some legs on the
court. I had good preparation here with a lot of matches against top players,
which is good for the French Open." - Justine
Justine battled rivals, the weather, and went beyond normal WTA tour duty.
She's passed all states of tennis - mentally, physically and emotionally. It
was a brilliant test and preparation for Roland Garros which takes place two
weeks from today. The top marks go to JH for defeating this season's best
clay court player Jelena Jankovic in the quarterfinals.

連續幾天從早打到晚 本以為ju八強就會輸了
對Kuz這場也是差一點就兩盤敗...雖然延到隔天還是輸球了 (沒有再次逆轉真可惜)
but 就像Henin自己說的 這禮拜外在條件實在對他來說非常艱難
畢竟禮拜一才打華沙決賽 之後又一直Rain Delay, Darkness delay 一日兩戰....
也算是個法網前的考驗和準備
so 我還是對三連霸法網很有信心～～加油 Henin
