請問這個意思就能代表檢查結果正常嗎？

Section B shows fragments of endometrial tissue in the secretory phase.
The endometrial glands are evenly distributed and are linded by
secretory-typed epithelium.
The endometrial stroma is edematous without decidual change.
The endometrial gland-to-stroma ratio is within normal limit.
