88 y/o female with a Hx of Type 2 DM and HTN. Severe dry cough happened after
eating seafood porridge in afternoon. Mild dyspnea and progressive SOB followed.
There was no fever, chills, chest pain, abdominal pain nor other discomforts.
She was brought to ER immediately after above discomforts appeared. CXR
revealed as below. What is your initial Impressions and the next Management for
this patient??
