Can't say I've ever heard of him before tonight, except maybe in passing. Surprise for me. 數據： 日前 workout 時外國鄉民意見： Interesting stuff on Pape Sy I think he’s actually 6’3". I’ve seen him listed at 6’3" and 6’7". I haven’t seen a wingspan on this guy. There just isn’t a lot of information out there on him. However, when you look at his numbers from this past season in the league he played in, they are very similar to Rodrigue Beaubois’s numbers that he put up in his final season. Beaubois was a slightly better scorer on a per minute basis, as he averaged a little over 3 points more per 40 minutes than Sy, and they played different positions. However, both had similar TS% at around 62%. They both averaged around 2.0 steals per 40 minutes and around 0.7 blocked shots per 40 minutes. Beaubois averaged right at an assist more per 40 than Sy. Sy shot around 10% better from behind the arc and got to the free throw line at a higher rate. I have no idea how similar they may be as players. I do know that Beaubois is one of those shorter guys with a tremendous wingspan, and he played well after being a first round pick for Dallas this past year. It will be interesting to see where Pape Sy ends up going, and it looks like the Hawks are definitely interested in him, as he will workout twice. by KB21 I'd go with 6'7 and not 6'3.... look at who he worked out with. Normally, you’ll see bigs with bigs, wings with wings, and Gs with Gs. If Sy was 6’3, who’s the other G to work out with him?
