Financial Fair Play 即將上路
在新的職員系統中,另外有一位財務經理的角色遲遲未說明其效用
而前天官方也正式發表了財務經理的功能,以及隨之而來財務平衡系統
實施辦法如下
從新球季開始,每支球隊每次能動用的現金受到一定上限的控管
能動用的現金多寡,受到聘請的財務經理等級高低而不同(參見下表)
超過上限的的現金會被移至球隊的存款賬戶中,
當"可動用現金"低於下限時,會因財務經理等級高低的不同(參見下表),
每週固定從賬戶中回流一定數值,直到"可動用現金"達到上限

There are also a few other changes:
* There has been some confusion around how much money will be moved from cash
to reserves every week. The manual says 5 % of surplus cash, but the code that
has been running for the last weeks have been returning 1 % of total cash. We
will settle at 2 % of total cash, in effect from Monday.
* What about bankruptcy: Can a team that has plenty of cash in reserves go
bankrupt? The answer is: No, they won't be able to. We will disable
bankruptcy for teams with money in reserves. Every other limitation for teams
in the bankruptcy risk zone will stay, so these teams won't be able to buy new
players while they fix their financial problems. HOWEVER do not see this as a
possible strategy to exploit bank reserves without getting a Financial
Director. If we see that this is somehow exploited we will add some kind of
team penalty, or redesign the bankruptcy altogether. Right now we just want to
make sure that teams that are reserve rich should not be able to go bankrupt,
and simply disabling bankruptcy for them (while reserves last) solves that.
The new implementation for the FD will be communicated to everyone in a MyHT on
Sunday, but feel free to share this info in your local forums.
