以下是dude(Mala之前的U20國教)的發言，我那篇基本上就是從這翻過去的
Somebody has to explain them the way we are used to working around here.
A guy pop-up on the TL/in the YA tables. Somebody scout/coach/member posts
his skills and intended plan in a thread (specific thread/TL thread) and
people share thoughts.
After that, a buyer is needed. Everybody looks for one and contact is being
made.
Bolam's main issue in this matter (sending local players to local managers)
was his work in the dark. He never said anything, talked to the local team
without informing his fed-mates(us) and arranged the transfer. As we didn't
know anything about it, we also talked to reliable trainers.
At that point, our trainers usually kept bidding in order to secure the
player.
So, it's pretty convenient to think that we've not letting taiwanese players
to taiwanese teams.
Some of Taiwan's best trainers are local users, it's just insane to think we
don't want local players to stay at home :)
