It is pretty evident that winger skill is their most important attribute. But that doesn’t necessarily mean it is the skill that should be trained first. 顯而易見的，邊鋒技能是邊鋒球員最重要的技能， 然而，如果你要訓練邊鋒球員，並不一定要從球員的邊鋒技能開始訓練。 Many would advocate that the first skill to be trained should be playmaking. This is so that when the time has come to train him in winger, you can play him towards middle while his wing skill is increasing through training. In this way, your trainee makes a quite decent contribution to your midfield. If you did it the other way around, you’d have a high skilled winger making virtually no use of his wing skill while being trained in playmaking. After having been trained up in winger and playmaking, you can train your player in defending and passing. (註:訓練方法有很多，這邊僅提供一種想法) 不少經理訓練邊鋒球員，是從球員的組織進攻技能開始訓練， 原因是練完組織，開始練球員的邊鋒技能時，你可以讓他踢靠中場的邊鋒， 如此一來，該球員可以同時訓練提升邊鋒技能，以及對球隊的中場評級作出貢獻。 如果你反過來訓練，先練邊鋒技能再練組織進攻技能， 當你的球員邊鋒技能訓練完畢，要開始訓練組織進攻技能時， 已經練好的邊鋒技能就毫無用武之地，派不上用場了。 當球員的邊鋒技能以及組織進攻技能都訓練完成後， 你可以轉而訓練球員的防守技能和傳球技能。 Defense on wingers has been a neglected area, but as you can see from the contributions, all types apart from the offensive winger make more use of their defense than their passing. In addition, the passing is dwarfed by the wing skill contribution, hence the claim from certain wing trainers that passing is overrated on wingers. 邊鋒球員的防守技能是比較容易被忽略的部份， 然而如果你仔細看評級貢獻表， 除了進攻型邊鋒外，對於其他所有類型的邊鋒，防守技能甚至比傳球技能更重要。 此外，因為評級貢獻的計算方法，傳球技能的貢獻比起邊鋒技能，是比較小的， 因此，邊鋒球員的傳球技能往往會被高估。 (這邊超玄的，有人有其他想法嗎 ? ) This is also the reason many winger trainers prefer to buy playmakers already trained up to a decent level in playmaking, rather than buying youngsters without any playmaking. But of course, this is all dictated by the amount of money at one’s disposal. 這也是很多訓練邊鋒的經理喜歡買組織進攻技能已經訓練到不錯技能的球員， 來練邊鋒技能的原因， 而不是買一個技能全裸的年輕球員從頭開始訓練。 當然要購買什麼類型的訓練球員，你的預算多寡是個很重要的因素。 --
