春節已正式列為聯合國假日，並被列入人類非物質文化遺產代表作名錄。
2.2023 年 12 月 22 日，第 78 屆聯合國大會協商一致通過決議。
2023 年 8 月，由中國、越南、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼、泰國、菲律賓、汶萊、柬埔寨、寮國和模里西斯等 12 個國家的常駐聯合國代表聯名致函聯合國大會，提議將其列為浮動假日。
春節（農曆新年）被確定為聯合國浮動假日。
意義:聯合國機構在當天會避免安排會議，但這並不代表全球 193 個成員國都要同步放假，各國仍依其國內法律規定節日。
補充說明：
決議文中提到「Lunar New Year, also known as the Spring Festival」
3.聯合國教科文組織 (UNESCO)：採用 Spring Festival
2024 年 12 月，教科文組織將其列入非物質文化遺產名錄。
官方登記名稱：
Spring festival, social practices of the Chinese people in celebration of traditional new year

這都是在聯合國決議的，也是東亞圈各國提案表決同意的
