標題[討論] 德國之聲那篇訪問，馬提到有關兩岸關係處

德國之聲那篇報導，我找到這篇英文版。
並且把馬的言談(有關兩岸關係的部分)略做翻譯。
其他提到大腸花那些垃圾職業學生和某些無恥文人
的部分我就懶的翻譯了～

Ma said Beijing was afraid the appearance of the leaders
of Taiwan and mainland China at APEC would give
the world the false impression that they have abandoned the
"one China" principle.
馬說北京害怕兩岸領導人同時出現在APEC，會給世界帶來
它們(北京)已經放棄了『一個中國政策』的錯誤印象。
"I don't think it could be substantiated ... I hope more
favorable conditions can be created to make it happen,
" Ma said, stressing that APEC was designed for
economic leaders to meet without using their official titles.
馬：『我不認為這種說法有根據...我希望能創造更多友善的條件讓
這件事(兩岸領導人APEC會面)成真』。
(馬強調)『APEC原本就是設計為在避免使用任何官方頭銜的情況下
讓各經貿區領導人互相見面』。
"The idea is to accommodate the participation by
countries like us. And that's why we consider that is a
good opportunity for us to use that format for leaders of
two sides to meet without generating other unnecessary
sensitivities," Ma said.
馬：『這個點子讓我們這樣的國家也能參與(APEC)，這也是為何我們
認為這是個很好的機會，讓我們雙方領導人可以會面，而不會產生其它
不必要的敏感性』
"For Taiwan, we cannot really avoid facing the rise of
mainland China and making the necessary policy
adjustments to assure peace and prosperity," Ma said.
對台灣來說，我們不可能在無視中國大陸正崛起的情況下
做出持續和平與繁榮的政策調整。
Citing opinion polls conducted by the government, Ma said
more than 80 per cent of people surveyed support the
status quo in the past 20 years and his "one China"
principle receives more than 50 per cent support.
引用政府所做的民意調查，馬認為超過80%的國民是支持過去20年來
的"現狀"，而他的"一個中國原則*"也得到超過50%的選民認同。
*：這指的應該是『一個中國各自表述』的92共識
"That's why we consider we should continue the current
policy but with more public communication with people,"
Ma said.
所以我們認為我們應在與國民更多公共溝通的前提下持續對的政策。
