Miller will be making his second start for the Cubs.
In his first outing Saturday against Atlanta, he gave
up four runs on five hits and five walks over three innings.
It was his first start since Aug. 8, 2005. Miller has spent
the season rehabbing from shoulder surgery he had one year ago.
