標題[問題] 高點簡章代購

請問高點簡章代購，非學員要加收手續費嗎？
如果以前是高點學員，一樣只能算非學員嗎？
另外，預繳代購費用的地點是在開封街一段2號8F的高點櫃台嗎？
因為以前是在館前路預繳和領取簡章，不曉得是不是已經換地方了？感謝回覆～
