Discuss how the following pairs of scheduling criteria conflict in certain
settings.
a. CPU utilization and response time
因為cpu utilization高所以context switching低
所以response time就低
b. Average turnaround time and maximum waiting time
c. I/O device utilization and CPU utilization
只會寫a..
也不知道a這樣寫對嗎？
b跟c不知道如何作答

2F：推 bennylu:context switch時cpu是不算throughput的 01/14 12:30
3F：→ polomoss:頻繁的context switch，不也會增加CPU負擔，利用度↑? 01/14 12:49
4F：推 bennylu:就是因為c-switch時沒有throughput, 所以太常c-switch會 01/14 16:14
5F：→ bennylu:導致cpu utilization降低 01/14 16:14
