Suppose the economy's private payments balance is initially equal to zero.
Also assume the exchange rates are fixed and that financial capital is
imperfectly mobile.A monetary expansion will have which of the following
effects in the short run???
Ans:(C)~A private payments surplus caused primarily by an increase in imports
when capital mobility is low.
