想請問大家，除了Air Berlin官網與 Geruxx外， 還有沒有其它訂票網站可以訂到Air Berlin的機票 (有優惠) 我從倫敦到 Munster (FMO) ，目前Geruxx 只要 Eur 99 (官網 Eur 114) 但Geruxx 死都不把TAIWAN加上 country list ， 索性就不想跟它訂了。 因此想請問一下大家有別的網站有提供訂 AirBerlin 的機票嗎？ (目前London 來回 Munster 的只看到 AirBerlin 有) 麻煩大家了。 此外， 順便說一下 Geruxx的事， 上個月我寫信去建議加入 Taiwan ， 結果回信說會馬上加入，等了一個星期還是沒有， 之後又往返了好幾次E-Mail， 最後客服竟然說要我隨便選一個country (????) 他們會盡快加上。 聽到我很傻眼。 希望大家如果有空，能一起寫信建議他們， 不要讓我們再被忽視了。 ( 另外請問國內有申訴這類事件的窗口嗎？) 附上最後一次往返的內容給大家看： 對方回信： ( 04/15 回的，到現在還沒加) Dear Mr. Ren-Hao Pan, Thank you for your mail. You can use another country from our country list, it is not very imoprtant. You can book all flights on www.geruxx.de without any fees and charges. We have send your request about Taiwan to our IT department and hope it will be on our list ASAP. We wish you a nice flight. Did your IT say when the list will be updated exactly? or Can I contact him/her directly? As being an IT for years myself, I believe it's not a hard task to do. And being a citizen of Taiwan, we all honor our country and hope others to respect it like we do. I understand that we both want to get this thing done with, and I do appreciate your kind service.
