No matter how amazing and exciting an idea may be, it is still only a seed tha t needs to be nurtured to bear actual fruit. An idea will not become anything of note unless you plant it and nurture it to fruition. You may think that a c urrent idea of yours - one that you have presented to someone else - is so ove rwhelmingly wonderful that they will take it and run with it. That's because y ou have the vision to see it that way, but others may not have the same comple teness of your vision. Take that idea to the first step, and then present it a gain. If you give it a chance to develop, even if just a little, others will b egin to see its power more readily. 無論是多麼驚人和令人興奮的點子， 它仍然只是一個需要滋養的種子才能結出實際的果實。 一個種子是不會變成任何東西，除非你種植它、培育它。 你也許認為你目前的一個想法（你已經向其他人提出了）， 是如此的美妙以致於他們會接受它並且付諸實施。 那是因為你有這樣的遠見，但是其他人也許沒有跟你一樣的遠見。 將你的想法踏出第一步，然後再呈現它。 如果你給它一個發展的機會，即使只是一點點， 其他人也會開始更容易看到它的力量。 Ps. 如果有誤譯的話請指教，謝謝。 --
