Rowing on a row machine won't get you anywhere, no matter how hard or how long you row. Obviously, traveling is not the point. So, even though you are not a ccomplishing something in the usual sense - getting somewhere - you are gettin g aerobic exercise and building up your muscles and stamina. You need to see t he current frustrating situation in the same way, dear Gemini. On the surface, it may not seem as though you're getting a lot done, but on another level, yo u are.
