You are more flexible, Gemini, but other people wh o must agree may not be as bendable as you are, and as open to compromise. Is it your role to convince them otherwise, or should you just let them hash it o ut themselves? There is something to be said for each of those approaches. You can certainly try to mediate, but if it doesn't help, let them work it out wi thout you.
