When you think you have a person completely figured out, you narrow down what that person can or can't be in your mind. Then, when they do or say something that is out of character in your narrow definition, it can make you feel suspi cious or mistrusting of them - simply because what they did or said does not f all within your idea of who they are. If this sounds familiar because you have been surprised by someone's behavior, consider that there may be more to them than you realized - and it may be quite positive. 當你認為你對某個人完全地瞭解，你窄化了那個人可以或者是不能做什麼。 於是，當他們做什麼或者是說什麼超出你窄化他們性格的定義時， 它可能會讓你感到多疑的或者是不信任他們 - 只因為他們所做的或者是所說的不符合你所認知到的他們。 如果這個聽起來很熟悉，因為你曾經驚訝某個人的行為， 請考慮他們也許比你認知的可以做得更多， 這聽起來相當的正面。 Ps.如果有誤譯的話請指教，謝謝。 --
