標題[問題] 如何修改已經認證過的信箱

我原本的信箱已經認證過了
但是因為長久沒再使用 想要換一個 於是就寄信到客服
沒想到他回信全都是英文 看不懂 有人能幫忙解釋嗎？

If you can't log in your account (hack by others etc), you need to
register a new account to fill in the form and describe your problems.
