簡化結構：

一個辯護觀點的學者會對證據做的事情應該只有A,C，
由於後面出現despite，A不符合邏輯。
此外adduse拼錯了，應為adduced
: (A) questioned
: (B) overlooked
: (C) addused
: (D) conceded
: (E) dismissed
: 答案(c)
: 為什麼不是(b) 覺得是秒答的題目結果錯了....
