做ＯＧ的時候分類去做，（分類是指Assumption, weaken, strengthen等等），這樣可以 加強對每一個題型的概念。對於ＣＲ正確率不高的同學，建議每次檢討的時候做一個小總 結。ＣＲ的總結不向ＳＣ一樣很明顯，需要思考一下，找到題目背後的觀念，並且自己寫 成像是公式般的總結。舉例來說： In the United States, of the people who moved from one state to another when they retired, the percentage who retired to Florida has decreased by three percentage points over the past ten years. Since many local businesses in Florida cater to retirees, these declines are likely to have a noticeably negative economic effect on these businesses and therefore on the economy of Florida. Which of the following, if true, most seriously weakens the argument given? (A) People who moved from one state to another when they retired moved a greater distance, on average, last year than such people did ten years ago. (B) People were more likely to retire to North Carolina from another state last year than people were ten years ago. (C) The number of people who moved from one state to another when they retired has increased significantly over the past ten years. (D) The number of people who left Florida when they retired to live in another state was greater last year than it was ten years ago. (E) Florida attracts more people who move from one state to another when they retire than does any other state. 解題思路：我習慣把題目讀進腦裡，對我來說比較像是看一篇小短文，而不是急著看過題 目然後找論點架構。而ＣＲ的每一篇都會想要說服大家一件事（這應該就是所謂的論點） ，有時候我讀完文章之後會覺得我沒找到那個＂點＂，這時候我寧願花時間在讀一次文章 ，而不是抱著＂也許我看了題目和選項就會知道答案＂的心態。所以看完題目之後我對題 目的理解是：退休之後都會搬到Florida的百分比變低了，因為在Florida的店家都是靠退 休的人做生意，所以他們生意變差，Florida的經濟也變差。答案：Ｃ：退休後搬家的總 人數變多。退休後總人數變多，所以即使搬去Florida的百分比變少，但搬去Florida的總 人數不一定變少。 這題的總結我會寫：(Weaken)真正的數目＝百分比ｘ總人數，所以如果總人數有變動，百 分比的變動不可以斷定真正的數目是增加還是減少。 其實這個總結在ＣＲ很常出現，可以應用在其他題型。做總結的目的，除了一方面熟悉 GMAT喜歡用什麼樣的盲點／邏輯來考我們。還有有時候看完題目後再選項找不到答案的時 候，可以回想一下這個類型的題型我曾經做過什麼總結，在選項裡找看看有沒有這樣的答 案。 另外有一個我以前很常犯的錯誤：利用關鍵字找答案／刪答案。因為CR題型很常會有正確 答案是借由排除其他可能，去加強論點。所以可能整個選項沒有題目的關鍵字。 ----------------- Vic (770 V42 Q51) Facebook GMAT交流板 https://www.facebook.com/groups/VicGMAT/ 4週速成實力班 http://ndxica.pixnet.net/blog/post/40937209 --
