既然題目是問沒有 sunroof 的，那直接 1-(7/8)*(2/3) = 5/12 答案就出來了
下面的表格可能沒必要
: 沒有sunroof (7/8)-(7/12)=7/24 1/8 5/12
: 合計 7/8 1/8 1
