標題[語文] 有一提問語法問題

這題很奇怪，我在GWD做的答案跟在PP做的答案竟然不一樣耶，可是題目竟然一樣
A recent review of pay scales indicated that CEO's new earn
an average of 419 times more pay than blue-collar workers,
compared to ta ratio of 42 times in 1980
B) that, on average, CEO's now earn 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers,
a ratio that compares to 42 times
C) that, on average, CEO's new earn 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers,
as compared to 42 times their pay, the ratio
我覺得答案是b啦
請各位大大幫幫我
