A certain city with a population of 132,000 is to be divided into 11 voting
districts,and no district is to have a population that is more than 10 percent
greater than the population of any other district.What is the minumum possible
population that the least population distict could have?
(A)10,700
(B)10,800
(C)10,900
(D)11,000
(E)11,100
上面答案是D 但是我算出來是C 所以想請各位幫忙
我的想法是132000/11=12000
而10%X132000=13200
如果答案為10900的話 12000-10900=1100 1100+12000=13100<13200
所以我選C 這是我想到的解法 好像有點怪@@
